How do I know which tier is right for my organization?

Your HR Pod is tailored to your organization’s needs, with roles that range from HR Administrative Assistants to Senior Principal HR Consultants and CHROs. What sets us apart is that every Pod is complemented by two specialized technical HR roles who manage your HR technology stack and design workflows aligned with your business objectives and goals.

What’s included in a full HR Pod?

Your HR Pod is customized by tier, but always includes a Fractional HR Lead (Sr. Consultant or CHRO), HR Admin support, and technical roles like an HR Tech Coordinator or Analyst based on your needs.

Can we switch tiers if our needs change?

Yes — our model is designed to flex. We regularly assess your structure and will recommend when it’s time to “graduate” into a new tier based on complexity, growth, or internal changes.

Do you work with existing HR staff or replace them?

Both! We can fully embed as your HR department or partner with your existing team to fill skill or capacity gaps. Our approach is collaborative, not disruptive.

Is there a long-term contract required?

Most clients commit to a one-year partnership, which allows us to deliver long-term results and consistent team support. However, for small businesses with 35 employees or fewer, we offer flexible month-to-month options with special pricing built to meet you where you are.
