We’ll help you choose based on your team size, growth stage, goals, and internal capacity. Each tier is designed to meet you exactly where you are — and scale with you as you grow.

What’s included in a full HR Pod?

Your HR Pod is customized by tier, but always includes a Fractional HR Lead (Sr. Consultant or CHRO), HR Manager, and technical roles like an HR Tech Coordinator or Analyst based on your needs.

Can we switch tiers if our needs change?

Yes — our model is designed to flex. We regularly assess your structure and will recommend when it’s time to “graduate” into a new tier based on complexity, growth, or internal changes.

Do you work with existing HR staff or replace them?

Both! We can fully embed as your HR department or partner with your existing team to fill skill or capacity gaps. Our approach is collaborative, not disruptive.

Is there a long-term contract required?
